How do I return an item?

NEW & UNOPENED - Exchanges / Returns for Store Credit / Refunds

Defiant Paintball will accept returns on most unopened items for up to 30 days after the invoice date. No RMA is required for new and unopened items. Returns are for products that you do not wish to keep and must have zero appearance of being used. All tags and packaging must be intact 

All returns for Store Credit / Exchanges will be issued via Defiant Paintball Gift Card. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return products to us. We will issue a gift card for the amount of your return. You will be able to place your order directly on our website using the gift card emailed to you. Depending on your order total, you may qualify for free shipping on your new order. 

Returns for a refund are subject to any free shipping fees from your original order. All Fees will be waived if you choose store credit. Please include a copy of your invoice for processing.

You must include a copy of your invoice for processing. Failure to include your invoice will delay returns processing. All returned items must be shipped in a separate box, and not the product packaging.  Insurance/Tracking is recommended for your return shipment.

Step 2

As soon as we receive your return we will inspect your package and process your return. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return as well as your Refund / Store Credit.

Manufacturers Defects (D.O.A.)

We know how much trouble it is when a product arrives and you cannot get it to work as you expected. We're here to help. All of our products come direct from manufacturers and we are unable to test every product that leaves our warehouse. We do have tech's on standby to help you work through any issues you may have with your new gear. 

We will assist with all DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date the order is placed. Please contact us at Ben@ArmisticeSports.com or by phone (936-465-6635) so that we may assist you to the best of our abilities. We are prepared to do some basic trouble shooting with one of our tech’s. However, if we are unable to solve the issue we can assist in getting your product back to the manufacturer for repair. All DOA or Defective products require prior authorization before being returned to Defiant Paintball

My Order is Missing Items.

If your order is missing an item or you received an incorrect quantity, please immediately contact us at Ben@ArmisticeSports.com or by phone (936-465-6635). Missing or Incorrect product claims must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Once your claim is filed, we will then research the claim by verifying the weight received by the shipper as well as confirm Inventory on the items in question.  If we determine our mistake we will fix the order immediately.
